Ordered some food from here, something quick and easy and unlike many other times in my life that I have had McDonald’s this is by far the most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever eaten in my life. In fact I couldn’t even eat all of it. The fries were cold and stale. I swear they were hours past their shelf life once cooked. The big Mac I ordered had a strange flavour and tasted stagnant and sour, and the lettuce was clearly very old. I’m not usually one to give bad reviews on places, but I am pretty rotted and poisoned with the quality of the food that we were served tonight. Absolutely revolting and we will never order from this McDonald’s ever again. I only gave the stars I did for the service itself as for the food I would give negative ratings if I could. absolutely disgusting!!! I worked in the food industry before I understand, taking shortcuts and what not, but seriously it’s not that hard to drop some fresh fries and make sure the ingredients you’re serving to people are Fresh and safe for consumption. I wouldn’t be shocked if I end up with food poisoning from this crud.

I’ll never forget the time I came here last week and got hot coffee spilled over me. The man that spilled it just left walked away and this lady had to come over and bring napkins. Absolutely ridiculous, she asked if we needed anything. The only thing I needed at the moment was to get the wet clothes off me. Im very disappointed in the place and staff.

They do not use the McFlurry machine to make the Mcflurries. They mix the McFlurries by hand so the consistency and texture is way off. It is essentially just soft serve with candy pieces

I'll never forget the time I went through the drive thru here - paid, drove to the pickup window, and nothing. It wasn't busy at all so I waited... And waited... And waited... Eventually I parked and went in to ask where my food was. They didn't believe me. Said there was no order and no one had been there. The manager got rude about it too. I actually had to open my bank app to PROVE there was a recent transaction at that location. It was the strangest thing ever, and one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food place. They did eventually give me food but I have no idea why they initially took my money and tried to claim the order didn't exist.
I’m really sorry to say this, but this is the worst McDonald’s in the city. They never give you a complete order, ignore any additions, and the staff at the drive-thru just laugh instead of taking customers seriously. All my friends have the same experience.
