Food was good but the restaurant was freezing cold. Therefore the food cooled fairly quickly, Had to eat with our jackets on. Don't know why restaurants have to be so cold!

Our server was lovely and accommodating on a special request. Food came out quickly and tasted freshly prepared. Portion size was good. It was pretty noisy with a few birthdays and the music so I wouldn't go there for a quiet meal or serious occasion but it was fine for a meal with a couple of friends.

Our waitress didn't check on us once after our food was delivered (she didn't bring it out) yet she made multiple stops to the table next to us and then just walked us right passed us without even a glance in our direction. We had to flag her down to ask for our bill.

We celebrated a 25th birthday last week and we were absolutely delighted with everything! Erica our server was PHENOMENAL! We had a large party of 15 and she went above and beyond for us all! Would love to have her again next time!
We ordered food via Skip the Dishes but can’t rate the restaurant on that app. The two adult meals we had were not bad. The meal from the kids menu was less than adequate. The hamburger was so charred, it was inedible. The cookie that came with the meal had a sticker that read “Monday” which one would imagine means it was baked on Monday. It was Saturday evening!! :(

We visited the restaurant on October 11 /24, seated in a booth. We were a party of three, with Brad as our server. We ordered our drinks, apps, and meals. The restaurant was not overly busy by any means. We waited longer than expected for just pop and water. Eventually our apps came out, dropped at our table by another staff member. We were there with our food, but no cutlery or side plates! We had to actually call out to our server to get these items. We asked him at that time for a refill of water as well. The apps were very good! The Spinach dip, Kapow Shrimp and Deep Fried Pickles. The water never arrived ? By the time we saw him again, we all needed a refill on our drinks, and another wait. Our meals arrived, my coworkers meal was missing four items!!! How does that happen!? My son ordered a rare steak, that was way over cooked. My son and I both ordered a side of dusted onions , they were discusting!! Completely sogged with grease in the bowl. We couldn't eat them. We actually shared a bowl with my coworker, as it was one of the items she was missing, and they were fresh and delicious when finally received them! Our server never checked on us throughout the meal, which made it a difficult experience. We visit the city quite often, and enjoy Montana's but would recommend the Kenmount Road location over this location any day of the week! We were really disappointed.

Poor experience at lunch today. Service was very slow, to the point where we had to ask another server for help. I ordered a chicken club not knowing that it was a wrap but took it anyway. The chicken was very dry and there was too little mayo. Fries were cold and not very good. Wife really liked her half brisket sandwich but would order a milder bbq sauce. Didn't find much taste in the Cesar and would order house salad next time. Soup was very good but not enough - perhaps half sandwich with just a full bowl of soup would be a better option. Dessert was good when we finally got it. IDK Montana's was usually much, much better. Maybe next time.
