My Wife ordered chicken Slouvaki pita on Tuesday night. I never thought it was possible but it was over cooked outside and still pink on the inside. My lettuce was partial black on a few pieces with my gyros platter. Lettuce was washed but not dried. Very disappointed with my first food experience in st. John's nlfd after landing.

The staff member named Richard (of African descent) demonstrated poor customer service. He did not handle our concern appropriately. We had a reservation for grilled chicken and had clearly discussed with him that we would return once it was cooked. However, he sold our reserved order to another customer.
This incident caused inconvenience and disappointment. We request that management take appropriate action and address this matter with Richard to prevent similar issues from happening to future customers.

I love the food never disappoints good staff good prices but i hate the Avalon mall food court but I can't honestly say I eat here at least 2 times a week spicy chicken pita combo with feta fries with extra feta 😁
I ordered through uber and it was horrible . Chicken was old black and smelly.. I tried to reach the store they won’t pickup. Since some Indians started to work there the quality went down the bridge. And look at the size of the chicken skewers.. smaller than my finger. So disappointed

We were not satisfied with the taste of the food. We were expecting that the bread (pita) will be grilled after wrapping the fries, veg and chicken. Not properly actually as it chicken were falling, probably becausw the quality of the bread. The sauce wasnt even garlic-y. The taste was dull. All in all the food was just plain. No taste. Disappointed. I was imagining the taste was more like middle eastern shawarma kinda food.
