Overall such a great experience! The first time trying mr. Sub was the rub sub. Our server (i think i remember his name was philip) did an amazing job. He really took care of mine and my buddies subs! First impressions mean a lot and i think mr. Sub and philip really pulled it through to make a great first impression. If the rub sub stays for a little longer i will 100% be back for more!

Used to go to Mr sub in the Avalon mall and loved it, I’ve been missing it for years now just to find out there’s another location on rooewalk lane! Ordered a spicy chicken cutlet sub footlong, like I always used to

But the price is besides the point, the chicken was disgusting and felt like eating a rubber brick, not like the fresh crispy chicken they used to serve
After two bites, and about a ten minute wait, I was puking everywhere. No shade to the owner, but serving food like this should get you put in jail, I haven’t been this sick in a long time.

Been coming here for years, my spouse is a big fan. I told her it'll be a long time before we come back after our most recent post-gym visit.
As someone with 20+ years experience in tourism and customer service, I know it can be tough. We are all trying to get by as best we can. I do hope the light of Christ finds you and reaches your heart so it may open to allow love to flow into you and out to your fellow people on this earth but oh brother, our server needed to go find the joy and satisfaction of day-to-day life elsewhere. I wish you well in your journey, but you were not you that day. You were a black hole of misery in dire need. I hope my effort of cheerfulness and a decent tip helped. That's as much as I could think of

I don't like leaving bad review but I received the SADDEST looking and tasting subs from this location. I ordered two large pizza subs from Uber Eats. Neither of them came with the most obvious ingredient which was pizza/marinara suace which I selected, neither of them came with the cheese I selected and other toppings were missing as well. I ordered them as grilled sandwiches and that wasn't done either. They were cold and falling apart when I took them out of their bag. Waste of money and food.

LITERALLY WORST SERVICE AND WORST MR SUB. I’ve also had a terrible DoorDash experience these location twice. Such a shame because I love Mr Sub! But this is just disgusting laziness and entitlement at its finest. $30 for a sandwich and at 9:35 the grill is SHUT DOWN FOR THE NIGHT. Insane, begging to have 0 business- which don’t worry- you’re getting what you deserve.

I frequently go to Mr sub as a post activity meal and the staff are very friendly and as I am such a regular customer one staff member stood out and remembered my order completely. He is always fast friendly and never fails to make the transaction into a great and very happy experience

I dislike this location very much. I go here because I like Mr. Sub and it is close to my house. I order through the app, pick up and I always leave a tip, 15%. From my impression I don't think they like the fact I leave a 15 % tip, guess they want more. Therefore from here on out, I will order inside and leave no tip.
