Longtime and frequent patrons of this business that will not be returning. Second weekend in a row we have been sold RAW DOUGHnuts. Brought the product back today (last weekend, we thought maybe just an off day) only to be offered a replacement, no offer to be compensated for the uncooked garbage products we overpaid for on May 17. We were given a $10 gift card. This barely covers the cost of 1.5 donuts. Considering last weekend’s unfit products, and again today, this is unacceptable way to conduct business, as it is a food safety issue. At the egregious price of almost $40 for 6 doughnuts, I expect much better product, and service.

I got the Oreo donut cake. The Oreo aspect was lacking (there were no pictures available so I won’t take any stars off for that) but it tasted amazing.
The person at the counter however wasn’t very friendly. But I would order again, it was that good.
I would recommend they get more photos of their menu items though.

placed order online end of January received confirmation of date and time to pickup and payment was processed. jump ahead 3.5 weeks I tried calling to ask if pickup could be 30 mins earlier, voice mall ... replied back to the confirmation email I received jan 27th and received an email.back saying store closed on the Feb 18th, and it was a web site error.
so only for a called on the 17th of February I be waiting outside the store to pick up my order.
where's the consumer service to let paying customers know there was an error online and unfortunately can't process your order and offer other dates, not take there money with the customer thinking everything was good to go. disappointed bday girl.
received refund 4 days later.

normally love the place. Yesterday my daughter placed an online order for a half dozen assorted donuts to be delivered today. this morning they arrived and there were 3 Boston creams (the vilest of donuts) and 3 with bacon? first off, who puts bacon on a donut?! second of all, 3 of 2 kinds of donuts isn't assorted. my husband went to the store and was brushed off and told "we fill the order with what we have". This $50(ish) dollar order was placed yesterday, so, unless you start the day with only 2 kinds of donuts, that's rubbish. To top it off she's vegetarian and hasn't eaten meat in 15 years, so we had to drive over and buy her two separate donuts in order for her to get one she could eat. This isn't the first time I've gotten rubbish service there. the donuts are amazing, best in St. John's, but the lack of customer service is astonishing.
ETA... the bacon ones are actually Boston creme with bacon and white glaze. so apparently 6 assorted= 6 Boston creme, 3 with soggy, not crispy, cold bacon.

The best donuts! Super soft, tasty and always a huge variety. A big plus is that they’re baked from scratch every morning so you’re always getting extremely fresh product! 10/10 recommend
Excellent donuts. Super tasty and fresh. We couldn't decide which ones to get so we just ordered extra. :) Very friendly staff. If we ever go back to St John's I'm definitely going back for more donuts.
