I ordered pizza from your store for the first time last night. It looked like it had been sitting around for ages. It was cold, dried up, bland and not at all filling. If you are going to be charging these prices, you need to provide excellent service to customers. I won't be back.

When I ordered online I accidentally ordered pick up, the store called about an hour later saying I haven't picked up my order. They delivered it and sent 2 fresh pizzas, we recieved 4 pizzas in total with no extra charge for my mistake. I am so appreciative to this store and they definitely have that old school customer service. We order from here every time we have pizza. I wish I could give 10 stars! Thanks again Old Town!
