Pizza was served quickly but one of them was not cooked. Service was unfriendly and inattentive. Disappointed

A beautiful restaurant and a lovely experience. We were promptly welcomed by a greeter and shown to our reserved table. Food was prepared quickly and thoroughly and it was delicious! Our server was very attentive and informative. A great way to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

Great food as usual but asked to move tables before we were finished our drinks , not impressed with that considering we had a reservation

Our waitress was awesome. She's been there a long time and always gives the best service. If me n my husband are going out for a meal this is where we go and we love to introduce others to it.

Very yummy food and good service combine to make this place very popular. However, when it gets crowded it can also be quite noisy -- and there will be music to add more decibels ...

We had a professional development session catered by piatto and they went above and beyond on the order. They labelled everything so there was no confusion, wrote notes on all the boxes so it was personalized and was quick to fix a mistake I made.

Always great food; the lunch pizza special is well worth the money. Sometimes the service can be a bit slow; the servers themselves are excellent but it's clear the kitchen can get a bit backed up. Just be patient and you'll have a great meal.

This was a takeout order. Only 2 minute drive to my hotel. Caesar salad was a mess, nothing crisp or fresh tasting about this dish. Wilted with many pieces already turning brown. Way too much dressing and the chicken was mushy even after the server told me it just came off the grill.

The pizza…..the gods in Napoli would have rolled in their graves. Sorry this is mediocre pizza. The dough had zero taste and toppings were second rate.

A good meal !!! Staff were responsive and helpful . Accommodated our request for a booth . Too rushed !!! The appetizer were barely on the table and the entrees were brought out !! We could have been in and out in an half hour !!! Not what you want for a $100+ meal on a Saturday evening out . Becoming a problem in many restaurants !! Want people in and out !!!
