We had a reservation for 6 people during a busy lunchtime. Service and food was excellent but we had to try and fit 6 men placed in a booth which created a tight squeeze when eating.
considering it was our first time at piatto, we thought our service and food was really great! our sever was a sweetheart, very good energy! the atmosphere is super cute, we loved the decorations, especially for valentine's day. they also had a valentine's day special on for a good deal. i recommend:)

The noise level was very high, children screaming and crying. We were seated in an area with two teenage couples, which was weird. The appetizer was delicious but no fresh Parmesan cheese offered, weird for the cuisine they serve. Giant portions, lots of leftovers

Fantastic food, great pacing with service and staff were outstanding! We ate on the upper level, first time there and it was perfect. A little quieter than the main level which was great for our family!
My wife & I enjoyed the Valentine special, along with another couple at Piatto midtown. The food & service was excellent! (Please put the chicken parmesan on the regular menu - it's delicious!) A great evening!

My husband and I shared the Valentines Day special and it was incredible! You get so much food for such a great price! Our server was amazing too (didn't catch his name). The atmosphere was nicely lit and a good temperature. Highly recommend to anyone for a date night :)
Early Valentine's date with my daughter, food was delicious, pizza came out while we were still eating our salad, which got cold before we started to eat it. Then the waitress never returned to see if we need anything else or more drinks. Still love this place and will return, she was friendly but service was little poorer this time.

This was an excellent meal, but I was even more impressed by the service. The waitress who served us was kind, courteous and very helpful, especially when we requested a change of tables, and had dietary restrictions. Thank you, will be back again!
