Ordered pizza at 1100 be delivered before 430 they couldn’t find the order so we went to pick it up after we called and said they would have it ready .when we got there they said it was on the way with skip the dishes we’ve been checking the app every couple of minutes and the time gets longer and longer . My visit to Pizza House Indian Restaurant Torbay road branch was quite disappointing. Regrettably, I found a hair in my chicken karhai, which significantly affected my dining experience. The hygiene standards were clearly lacking, and it detracted from the enjoyment of what should have been a tasty meal. She change the food only. I hope they improve their attention to cleanliness for future patrons.
I was really expecting something wonderful based on all the reviews. Perhaps l got them on an off day, but l’ve got to say that was one of the worst pizzas I’ve had in recent memory. I knew there might be a problem when l opened the box to discover burnt toppings. I think it may have been sausage at some point? It crumbled when l tried to pick it off.
