Worst experience, worst customer service. The girl who served the food to us was very rude, with no welcome and no greeting. I ordered amritsari kulcha, but the kulcha was soggy and stale. When asked about that girl, she said, Ok now?? She is totally insane.She did not say sorry for a single time. Seriously, no sense to serve the customer. Please never visit there; it's a total waste of money. When we finished, we were waiting for 15-20 minutes, but nobody came to ask, Do you need anything?. Our total experience and food were horrible. I think they should teach how to deal with customers and train their employees for customer service. Second, there is a big scam for the prices on the menu, and on the bill there is a big difference. Worst experience ever👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

There is something so weird for this restaurant. The food is amazing every time; however, they are telling that they’ve updated their prices by couple of dollars for a few items. And, this time as well when I placed my order at this place in this week the team member said same thing, “we change the price but we have to update into the menu.” Though I asked when did you change the prices, they replied “sir even I don’t know but there is changes in prices” and I feel that even if they have changed the menu prices it should be told to a customer when they give the order instead while paying the check or they should update and get a new menu so the customers are not in a position to doubt.

Honestly I am quite disappointed by both the service as well as the food quantity. As the last time I ordered from this place the experience was Great however, this time either the quantity nor the service were up to the mark. I ordered paratha and I just got half the size as compared to the pervious order for the same price!!! Also they didn’t make an effort to change their menu and again was misleading… I hope they improve and update their menu!!! DISAPPOINTED

I just visit in their torbay location and had really bad experience. Staff is so rude once we placed order one ask anything. Like service us really bad even i said hello twice that someone will be here to assist us. But no they were in their cellphones. No smile in face.. overall disappointed
