Pretzel Maker

Well I asked my husband to pick up a couple pretzels on the way home, I love pretzels and haven't had them for a long time! The pretzels that I have had in the past have been very good but what he brought home today weren't fit to give my dog and they are charging more for this disgusting thing they are calling a pretzel, very small thin not worth paying for miss shapen thing that looks nothing like a pretzels!!! I will not buy from them again!!

I asked for extra topping for my pretzel as there was barely anything on it, and they gave me attitude and threw my pretzel away and said they’ll make me a new one instead of just giving me extra topping which I agreed to pay for… I told them they’re wasting a good pretzel and on top of that now I’m waiting an extra 10 minutes, they said it was because I touched the pretzel already so they had to throw it away, when that makes no sense when they could’ve just given me topping on the side. so they finally give me a second pretzel, and it was exactly the same as the first one, so why would I ask for a new pretzel? If you’re not going to change it, it’s like they’re either really dumb or intentionally wasting peoples time. With all the bad reviews, I see on here, I can definitely say they need to improve their service…

One of the workers had a horrible attitude when I asked them multiple times to repeat what they said because I am hard of hearing and then lied to my and my boyfriend's face about ordering the six pack of hot dog bites even I ordered the twelve pack, the place should honestly be shut

Absolutely horrible service. Completely gets my order wrong. Charges me double the price of what I originally ordered. Then outright refuses to reimburse my transaction and or replace it with what I originally ordered. Saying the loss is on them, like I the paying customer is not taking the loss on me being scammed out of what I originally order and being charged double the price. Worker completely lied to my face telling me I ordered what I got when I had a witness with me also tell her that I ordered something completely different. Scum bag working procedures. Will never get the money I wasted back and I will also never go back there again and will strongly voice out against anyone else going there.

10/10 salted butter pretzel with cream cheese icing is a must try, and always a stop when in st John's

Always used to love this place. But, today (Jan 15, ‘23) I was in the men’s washroom at the mall, a Pretzel Maker employee came in , used the washroom and left without washing his hands…. I’m sure he’s not the only one, and it happens elsewhere, but when you see it, hard to ignore.

I was very disappointed ☹️I ordered pizza with cheese and chicken it cost me 15$ There are just 4 smaaalll pieces of chicken !!!!!!!!!

Always quick and fresh! Lots of flavors to choose from. Way better than other pretzel maker locations I've been to in Canada

Showed up 9:20 on a Saturday night (10 minutes before closing time) and was turned away by the employee who I quote stating “Sorry, we are closed”. Also notice a small group of other people also being turned down just afterwards.

Can't beat it

Pretzels made to order, fresh and hot! With loads of options, it is sort-of expensive but overall worth the 4$. Great for dates and movies!
