Came here for the first time in a year and wow the quality of the food and the service given has dropped significantly. The place where the veggies are held looked like a food bomb had went off and the store was not busy to excuse the mess. The fake positive reviews below are obvious.

The burrito was good and the vegetarian option (Tofu) was great. The place was a bit a mess as there was only one guy working and many products were missing. The guacamole was very old. Maybe to get more people to work on the food assembly line or to clean the place.

The service was slow. I asked for two kids combos and only one was made. The chips and queso - chips were very hard and stale and the queso was the most watery, bland queso Iāve ever had. Very disappointing.

Not sure whatās going at the Hebron location but my last 3 visits have been horrible. They have all new staff, and they seem like they all havenāt been fully trained yet? (For example multiple times they have forgotten to charge me for my extras on my burritos, I refuse to be dishonest so I tell them to charge me). Another one is that portions have shrank, I asked for Coleslaw and they put a āpinchāon my burrito bowl.. I had to ask for more.. today when I went in they didnāt have rice ready to serve (it was 15 minutes after opening and they didnāt have beans or rice ready yet), So I walked out (which prompted me to post this review). I get people have bad days, but this is every visit lately. For context, Iāve been eating there weekly for the last 5 years, because it was my favourite..and the last couple months have been disastrous every time Iām there. I donāt know whatās happening, new owners? New manager? Something is very off.. I miss the guy with the Beard (Sean maybe?). Amazing service and was consistent with portions. Guess Iāll be going to Kelsey drive.. if itās the same experience, Pita Pit will have my business instead. I hope they take this serious, and fix this place.

Got a burrito bowl here today. The rice was visibly stale and was crunchy to taste. The rest of the bowl did not taste fresh. The server was very light on the portions of the ingredients. I felt ripped off when I left and was only more disappointed when I ate my meal at home.

Placed order online 7:00 tonight Jan 27. Went to the place at 7:45. Door was locked. Knocked on the door, the girl didnāt come to the door and went and turned off the lights. Just wanted to get a refund but she wouldnāt even speak to me. Horrible Horrible service ! Will never eat there again

Great food, but a horribly run location. They close earlier than their posted hours, they refuse to ever participate in the brand promotions. Visit the other Quesada location in town, this one sucks.

I come here a lot for work and the regular staff are amazing. I know coworkers have stopped coming by because of the inconsistent stock of stuff. The staff explain is cause of the supplier switch but when the one thing you really want is gone, there isn't much for the customer to eat. I took the bald guy with a beard aside and told him and he said he would pass it along. I had assumed he owned the place till we talked. The regular lady with funky hair and him deserve raises, they run the store so well to the best of their ability
