Great place! Definitely a destination.
Good food, good brew's, great service. Unbeatable atmosphere.
Went in late Sept. wonderfull place. great food and service
Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere. Only this dish could be a bit larger portion. It’s $12.99 for two fish cakes.
Ordered merchandise online for pick-up on a day they were open, but they changed their hours that day without communicating. Now I've been unable to pick up the merchandise but fully charged, and no one from the brewery is responding to Inquiry. I have had to dispute the charges through my credit card company to avoid losing the money. Avoid at all costs.
Stopped in to meet up with a friend. We had just grabbed a spot by the bar.
The selection was great. Lots of different brews to pick from. Our servers Vic, Sarah H, Sarah D, and Sujay were bang on for their knowledge of each beer they had and all of them took turns serving us. It was really nice.
I had ordered the Nachos with beef. The people who prepared it were Rico and Christian. It was massive. I had to bring the rest home.
There was a trivia tournament going on and it was fun to participate. Definitely coming back every time I’m in Newfoundland.
And while there try to spot the Star Wars Stormtrooper lol
Magnificent experience. Lovely place.
We were here in November and still it was pretty busy for a Friday afternoon. It's easy to tell why. The craft beers were great. We had the Mummer's cream ale and the 1893 ale. Both were delicious enough for two servings. The food was amazing! We shared the fish tacos and the mussels. The tacos were smaller than expected but delicious. The mussels were the best I have ever had. We asked for more bread to soak up the broth. Our server, Victoria, was a gem. I am so happy we made this a stop on our visit to St. John's!
decently long waits food is okay but the band just going: "check check check 121212" in a singing fashion made me laugh i bet its probally a good place to get a drink i dont drink tho... (also the King has been there!)
Excellent fish and chips and great service. The views are amazing too. Well worth a visit when you’re in Quidi Vidi!

Overrated & Over priced. Stopped in Quidi Vidi and went to the Brewery for a drink and meal. High prices so we decided to split the nacho’s which were $25. Server didn’t bring us napkins and when asked didn’t do much about it and I had to go to the bar and get them. Party of 2, ordered a beer and a soda water. Beer was good, but the soda water came out I a small glass (perhaps for tomato juice) and since were were being ignored there was no refill. $4.00 for what I would say was a 1/2 can of club soda. Had to search out the server to pay. I wouldn’t visit this again, beer is good but the restaurant isn’t with it. Just buy the cans at the store.
Decent place for some drinks and food
Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and amazing brews and the view is something to see! Honey dill chicken sandwich was fresh and soooo good!
I have loved all Quidi Vidi beer for years and drank it every day, but I have never been disappointed until recently. I always love trying a new brew, but...then the "salted caramel" came out. It sounded great, and then I tasted it. You should call it "burnt toast" instead. If you put bread in the toaster and toasted it until it was smoking and just about to light on fire, burnt to a crisp, black as night, then added it to the beer, this is what you would get. NoT even a hint of salted caramel in this, just burnt toast. Don't you guys have QA anymore? Does anyone actually taste this first? Lol bad stuff. Burnt Toast Beer! hahah
One of my favorite breweries in NL. Great (covered) terrace overlooking the Quidi Vidi Harbor
