I had a wonderful experience at this bakery! Everything was great — the atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

BUY LOCAL!
The coffee and the sandwich were fresh and the service was top notch! The atmosphere is a bit quirky; but I like quirky! Lots of parking; even some that avoid the wrath of everyone's favourite council worker.......the meter maid! Yay! Will be back for another treat! Definitely worth a visit!

Their bread pudding is to die for, so are the cinnamon rolls and fish cakes. The drinks were just alright though, I had a very weak London Fog.

Tasty baked goods and efficient to go service. Grabbed a few items and was out the door quickly.

Great drinks and good food with a nice atmosphere. The staff take a long time to acknowledge you before taking your order, it seems like there is only 1-2 people on at a time.

Excellent coffee, but the cafe was woefully understaffed. One staff member was very rushed and was doing the best he could. That said, service was pleasant and as quick as he could muster (there was quite a long wait for just a coffee)

Cozy hip spot.

Unfortunately Rocket has taken a nosedive in terms of service. Their food and coffee is good, if you can get it. However, it takes AGES. Many people run in to get a coffee and end up waiting 20+ minutes. I was just there and ordered a latte which took almost 20 mins, and the couple who had ordered before me ended up asking for a refund and leaving because they couldn't wait any longer. 30+ minutes for to go food and coffee isn't going to cut it for most people. If you have time to go in, order, sit and wait then it's lovely. But if you expect any kind of expedience on to go orders, you will be sorely disappointed. The staff is also apparently overwhelmed. They cannot keep up with orders. As a result, they are snappy and rude, which I understand, but something needs to be done about it. MANAGEMENT - where are you?

The food and drinks were good, however the service was indifferent at best. The store wasn’t busy. Ordered a cappuccino, two lattes, a brewed coffee, two breakfast sandwiches and an oat square. The drinks and square showed up about 30 minutes after the sandwiches. When the server was asked if the remainder of the order had been forgotten, she was indignant at being asked.

A great place for lunch. We enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwich and chicken salad wrap. Good coffee and reasonable prices too. The outdoor seating area is a good place to take in the Water Street experience.

Went this morning for coffee and to pick up some pastries. My vanilla latte was ok but I wanted it in a mug and they gave it to me in a take away cup. Pain au chocolate was nothing special. I would pass on these. However Raspberry flakie is to die for! Wonderful- I loved it!
