We were a large group which sometimes can prove difficult for staff to offer their usual level of service but in this case there were no issues whatsoever and the food & drinks were great.

Burger was great, lobster and shrimp risotto were pretty good, duck was tough. Service wasn't really good, no OPUR for every table and forgetful servers.

We spent a week in Newfoundland and ended up coming to Saltwater Restaurant twice. Both times we walked in without a reservation and were seated right away with no trouble. Our server, Mert, was amazing — super friendly and attentive. He even remembered us (and our drink orders!) from our first visit days earlier, which was such a nice touch.
