Racist, rude and when I asked for a return of my money, the lady threw my money at me. I would never go to this place again disgusting deplorable attitude towards Newfoundlanders. They don’t belong here simple if they’re not gonna treat Newfoundlanders fairly, they do not belong in Newfoundland.

A hidden gem! The food here is very fresh and authentic. Everything is made to order and it always tastes just a little bit different. The lady who owns it genuinely cares about her food and it shows. She's very sweet. The atmosphere might not be the nicest or most modern but that's never bothered me. Next time you're going to India gate consider the Shalimar. The food is excellent and prices are much better.
