For anyone who wants a break from the usual food fare served along Water and George. Glad to know they have not localised the taste of food to suit everyone's taste buds (a tinge of spiciness is always great for cold weather).

As First time visiting to st.John’s we stumbled upon this humble place with a big heart.
This Pakistani restaurant offered the tasty authentic homely tasting meal.
Owners were really friendly and genuine people.
I would highly recommend this restaurant.

A hidden gem! The food here is very fresh and authentic. Everything is made to order and it always tastes just a little bit different. The lady who owns it genuinely cares about her food and it shows. She's very sweet. The atmosphere might not be the nicest or most modern but that's never bothered me. Next time you're going to India gate consider the Shalimar. The food is excellent and prices are much better.
