I like the theme of the building and the worker by the name of Meet has great customer service. Food is well presentable n fresh :)

Was absolutely delicious! My wife had it for the first time. She had the traditional and I had the bacon cheeseburger with pickles added. It was so good! Also when we got our delivery they had a awesome handwritten note for us(photo below). I mean how can you not give a five star? Awesome food, service, and a kind note goes a long way. Nothing but Love Smoke's Poutinerie St. John's.

Hands down, the best poutine experience I've had in St. John's! The fries were crispy, the cheese curds were squeaky, and the gravy was rich and flavorful. But what truly elevated this dish was the exceptional service provided by Vidhey. His friendly demeanor and dedication to crafting the perfect poutine made the entire experience even more enjoyable. What a fabulous experience with Smokes tonight! Had a day from hell, was tired and hangry and in need of carbs. So I called Skip!
I decided to try the baked potato, as I'd never had it before, and it didn't disappoint! Super filling, also!
I dont know what I enjoyed more - my potato, or this kind note from Ravi! You turned a very sour evening of mine into a very positive one. Thank you so much for your kindness!!
As for the owner - if you havent already, give this man a raise!! Customer service like this cannot be taught. Its either in you, or it isnt. And Ravi has it in spades!
