They mess up my order every single time. Ask for no whipped cream? You can bet they’re putting it on there. Order 2 identical iced drinks? You’re getting one iced, one hot. PS don’t get the iced peppermint white chocolate mocha unless you feel like drinking a cup of liquified toothpaste. Disgusting.

Had a really great experience here today, and the associate that helped me with my online up order went above and beyond to help me out! My drink tasted awesome as well! I will enjoy my coffee from my new mug that I purchased for along time!

Like the fact the drive through moves quickly, staff are not overly friendly but I think its mainly from being bored. Surprising they have two Starbucks within a KM of each other but yet no others in the east end?
I find the service to be spotty at this location, sometimes good, something indifferent.
Management should remind them people are paying good money for good services and products. Part of the reason people go to SB is for the good service/proper drink making, customer service etc.
Hands down my fav Starbucks in the city! Always make my mornings a little brighter.

Brown sugar OAT MILK shake espresso....they never have oat milk, but they will have it tomorrow!!! Should I sit in the drive through and wait???? C'mon seriously if you sell it at least have the ingredients or a lane people can actually drive away rather then sitting there for 10-15 minutes waiting to go somewhere else to order a drink as good and cheaper than the over priced drinks you're selling. Weak moment not tomorrow!!!!
