I didn’t get the male barista’s name, but if you worked drive-thru at this location yesterday (Sept 20) at like 6:30- you deserve a raise! I couldn’t figure out how to leave a tip before/after the visit as we used a gift card but Starbucks is very lucky to have such sweet & funny employees! The drinks were made perfectly and it was so nice to see a sense of humour and a laid back atmosphere. As a former restaurant worker, I always feel so bad when they’re slammed and you can tell they’re feeling the pressure of a time crunch. 💕

Very nice staff, I don't like coffee or tea but needed good wifi while traveling. They recommended a great drink.

I was disappointed that they turned off the wifi a half hour before closing. I didn't realize that Starbucks turned wifi off at all, and was bummed when I hadn't finished my exam or drink when the wifi shut off. I didn't bring it up with the staff, I assume it's automatic?

Just went in, and dropped a sizable order on the team here. We purchased a few drinks, and as I was ordering on behalf of someone else, I didn't have all the necessary information. The woman who took my order was helpful, and helped me figure out what I needed, and made suggestions when the information I came in with was ambiguous. I didn't get her name, but I think she may have been a team lead? Regardless, many kudos and if I come back with a big order again, I'll call ahead.

The team behind the counter got all of our drinks out super fast, and did a wonderful job. Thank you!

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit on the way to work in the mornings! The service is quick and their three cheese and egg breakfast sandwiches are always tasty. I also appreciate the fact that I can ask for a specialty coffee recommendation and the baristas who take my order always hit it out of the park.

I usually avoid cream and milk in my beverages, so when I ask for an oat milk substitution, they are always so mindful of that and even go above basic standards of service by asking if I'd like non-dairy alternatives for the cold foam. The service is really hard to top here compared to other shops in the area.

Lastly, I like to bring a reusable mug; Starbucks is the ONLY establishment I have visited where they fill the reusable mug - and only the reusable mug. I have visited other restaurants that serve coffee and they always fill a disposable cup to pour into my mug. This defeats the entire purpose of bringing a reusable mug and reducing single-use waste. So, a major thank you to the servers who understand that, and don't operate counter-productively. It means a great deal.

Ordered a grande caramel brûlée latte and grande cinnamon dolce latte on Skip The Dishes. They gave the driver an Uber Eats order for Venti Iced Matcha, turkey pesto club, lemon loaf and Venti Peppermint Mocha. Disappointing to wait 40 minutes and have the complete wrong order arrive.

t’s unfortunate that the renovations took away some of the seating but I was glad to find a spot today. To the staff who worked from 5:30-8 today, you were all amazing. I came in today looking for a calm place to do some writing and that’s exactly what I found. The whole time I was there the staff were so joyful and dedicated. Their dedication to having a clean workspace was amazing to see. I’ll definitely be back when I need a nice space for working

Guy name Brent in the cafe was so rude and uncaring in customer service. Me and my friends jus took 2 mins to order something and he cudnt stand in the counter for that time. He reacted so annoyed and his behaviour towards us was pathetic.
Take a note Starbucks. No matter how delicious your food items are, but such behaviour are unbearable
