Excellent Staff Awesome Customer Service and a perfect cup of coffee... Whether it's a a regular or specialty coffee drink, this is one of the best Starbucks I've been to... Stop by, the location is great and it's very spacious!!! You'll be glad you did 😀👍👍☕

I visited this store today and sadly did not have the best experience. My drink was filled so much with ice that when I held the cup it was hard, I only had 3 sips and the drink was completely gone and sadly I seen some unhygienic practices like placing their blending equipment on a dusty ledge as a former barista this is a problem. Also multiple people who had ordered after me and my partner got their drinks way before us we waited 20 minutes and there were barely any customers at the store. Personally I will not be returning.
I would have returned and gotten my drink remade but the baristas there seemed irritated and I had a appointment to attend after receiving my order and if I had to wait for them to remake it I would have been late.

It didn’t seem that busy but the time between placing the order (not drive through) and receiving the latte was quite slow. My friend ordered tea which she received immediately.

Waited 30 minutes for one in store frosted latte thing. There was no line up inside. All 5 service attendants were directed to drive thru. Horrible in store atmosphere with a university dining hall from the 80s vibe. Will not return.

We love Starbucks but it’s super disappointing that whenever you order an americano with room at this location they put the two shots of espresso in the cup, fill it to the brim with hot water and then pour a quarter of it down the sink. Doing this only waters it down. Bummer!
