Zero signage to indicate wifi is not working even though it has been down for over a week. Only found this out after purchasing drinks and spending time trying to unsuccessful get the wifi to work even though it said connected. Disappointing experience.

Wonderful spot to just chat, get out of the house, study, you name it. The staff is kind, be it in the drive through or in the store, and you feel welcome to stay and sit for a while. Every time I have gone it has been nice and my order has only ever been wrong once and they were quick to fix it.
It can get busy from time to time and there isn't a ton of parking but it has a nice amount of hours to pick from to choose when you make your visit.

Been to this location numerous times. Have never had a bad experience. Staff is nice and friendly. They always great you when they come in. Store is kept clean and tidy always. They also have a very nice layout which is not something I tend to notice. Sometimes things can run out for a day or two but we’re on the island so that’s nothing special.

Just got called a Sir at drive through. Didnt know I sounded like a man. Little offended maybe it was a mistake lol.

A fairly straightforward option for coffee and other beverages. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Good for grabbing a drink on the run.

I have hesitated in writing a negative review. However, several times at this outlet saw us cleaning dirty tables with food stuck to them...Today, ours was the cleanest of the available dirty tables at 3:30 pm on Friday, March 01 2024. This outlet needs to clean up its act. We pray that food prep surfaces undergo better health hygiene practices.We will give it one more try before writing it off as an unfit place to eat.So, hop to it folks.

Always great and friendly service.

Most of the people who work here are amazing. The manager on the other hand is just WOW. I went to pick up a mobile order for a coworker once and it wasn't showing in their system but I was on my break and in a rush so they made it for me anyways which is awesome! Thanked them and went on my way (not without the manager being rude first of course) went to pick up a mobile order today (months later) that my fiance placed for me to grab on my way to a Christmas party for my son and yet again it wasn't in their system so obviously it much have been something either wrong with their system OR my fiance could have very well made a mistake and placed it at another store WHICH I said could have happened to the manager who was taking the orders. She then proceeded to literally say to my face I'm living and that she's had this conversation with me before which was totally unwarranted because I told her it could have been our mistake and that I'll just come back with the order number or a screenshot because my fiance wasn't answering me at the time and I had to go. But she just simply had to continue saying "I'm not making it for you, this has happened before with you and our system is perfect it's your fault not ours" then also proceeded to say again I was the problem and she was handling this situation "perfectly" I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or what was up her butt but it was completely unwarranted because I told her I wasn't asking her to make it just didn't appreciate her calling me a liar and I would return with the proof if my fiance hadn't made a mistake and placed the order at the wrong store. I could totally see from a customer service perspective her thinking maybe I was trying to lie and get free stuff EXCEPT for the fact I wasn't asking her yo even make it!!!! I was telling her it could have been out mistake and if it wasn't I would return with the proof to be able to receive my order. Again most of the employees here are absolute gems but the manager is just crazy rude I was actually speechless at one point. I very rarely write reviews on places and I work in customer service myself I have my entire life since I could start working and I'm now 30 so I know customer service can be brutal and there are some seriously crazy people out there but man this women blew my mind I can't even imagine what would have happened at my job if I had treated someone the way she treated me.
