I was just at the ropewalk Lane location n I got two 6in subs on white bread. When I got home the bread was hard like it was left out. I've tried calling 7 times n no answer I will try once more after ti finish this review. Not impressed at all just finished working 8 n half hrs n I am exhausted n how I have to go n cook something to eat because I would prefer not to eat hard bread. You think the guy would have noticed it. ?

“Heating Plastic in microwave”I went there for a wrap but they were out of wraps. The employee working there brought a frozen packet of wrap and he put the wraps with the PLASTIC on it in the microwave… You cannot put PLASTIC in microwave and heat it for like 1 minute. He did it infront of me and i dont know what other unhealthy things they might be doing behind our backs.

Much better than Elizabeth Avenue. Subs were often cold(just like Elizabeth Avenue), but they've been sending hot subs for the past few days. Great improvement ?
