Worst experience ever! I was really hungry and want to eat something so I ordered a sandwich from this location , but the staff was very unprofessional, irresponsible and very rude and this happened third time.. they don’t even ask if i want to toast my sandwich or no. I asked them to grill my sandwich they just say no in a rude tone which i felt very bad.. i will never come back again.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS LOCATION! Atleast there should be a staff who knows how to smile and serve customers…

i would rather have had my sandwich thrown at me at a whopping 80km/hr, then proceeded to make my way to 3 sisters for a superior sandwich, and to be helped by people that have a conceptual understanding of customer service..If you’re reading this, i am quite clearly disappointed with the customer service at Avalon Mall. It seems as though asking the good people there to change their gloves is a microagression, and therefore too much to handle. Quite unfortunate really.

Absolutely disgusted I just paid $21 for a foot long sub meal with hardly enough chicken on it for a 6 inch sub alone (it was a foot long) so I asked for a little extra chicken, have never seen a place so stingy before with their food. She put a few extra pieces on and just to be sure I asked if I would be charged extra for the chicken because there was still hardly any on there and she said no she wouldn’t charge me extra. Pretty well the last half of my sub was just cheese and mayo. When you are paying that much money for food, you would hope that they would give you enough of what you ask for in the first place. So for that price, the least they can do is put chicken on the whole CHICKEN sub that you’re paying enough for!! complete rip off, My stomach is turned
