The food quality was not good enough compared to other outlet of subway. I have to use washroom, and I asked him to open it, but he told me that I have to order something before using it, what behaviour is this??. A person has a humanity in it, but he does not. When I ordered the food he was not good enough to describe what you are selling. I ate at other subway outlet and they sold egg and cheese whole day but he was not interested to sold so he refuse that it was available on breakfast as well, so unfortunately I have to choose another option. Furthermore, when I ate the food and told him to open the washroom he mentioned that it already opened, which he can told me before but he does not, which is not a good behaviour to tackle customer, worse experience ever in subway, never come again.

For washroom use customer have to order first and that is not appropriate for emergency pee. Men have to use Women washrooms the reason they kept locked (feel embarrassed). Not serve properly, not enough quantity and quality in wraps and footlong.

I needed to use the washroom, i was with friends and the store was busy they said you gotta order food first then you can use the washroom this doesn't make any sense taking advantage of people .
