One sandwich was missing when we opened our bag. My granddaughter ran back, but was never given a receipt to show her purchase. She had to run back again to get $ and pay twice for one sub. When she asked if they could us US currency, they became quite rude.

I went there last night. They advertise fresh coffee 24 hours. I asked for some and the worker said it was not fresh and did not offer to make any. The floor was sticky. Pieces of food were on all of the tables. It looked like someone dropped a salad on the floor and didn’t bother to clean it up. The worker was rude and inconsiderate.
The food and service were good, but the strong vinegar order perminating throughout the restaurant was unbearable.

They got both subs wrong and couldnt even get the sase on the side n put wrong one on the sub :(

Went there to grab a sub. Lady who served me was on the phone put her finger up had to wait couple minutes to be served. When she finally got off the phone with an irritated voice she ask me what I wanted. I wanted a cold cut and ask if it was ok I can add turkey. Never had a problem in the past but was rudely told no and that we don't do that. Went to get paid and the change was rudely thrown on the counter and she preceed to walk away. Needs to do better on hiring people or needs better training for staff. Was there 4:17 today February 15,2022.
