I came to pick up an order for DoorDash delivery, but the address was listed as a different location. I called to confirm the address. When I arrived, the order wasn't ready. I wanted to use the restroom until the order was ready, but they said it was only for Subway customers. I told them I was taking orders from Subway customers, and they said I didn't care. They said they could use it, but you couldn't. Having such disrespectful employees working at Subway, one of Canada's most popular businesses, is tarnishing its image. Best regards.

Went through the drive-thru and the girl inside went above and beyond for me. I was having a really bad night and I asked for my sub and a fountain drink. She complimented my sandwhich choices and then told me that they only did bottle for drive-thru so I said that’s okay, we’ll skip it. When I got to the window, the girl had went out of the kitchen and into the lobby to grab me a fountain Pepsi and then served me with a smile. I burst into tears, she was so kind and nice and I apologized and went on my way. She said her name was Samaya (I probably butchered the spelling, so sorry queen) and she was the kindest. Thanks for making my bad night better :)

Dear Customer Service,

I am writing to raise a very serious concern regarding my visit this location on around 10:30–10:45 p.m.

I had placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. There were two employees working—a male and a female. The male was polite, but the female staff member’s behavior was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and discriminatory.

From the moment I entered, her body language and tone were very different toward me compared to other customers. She smiled and spoke politely to white customers but was dismissive and cold toward me. When my order was ready, she called me loudly and aggressively, and while packing my subs, she threw them into the bag carelessly and then pushed the bag toward me in a very disrespectful way.

I request the manager or appropriate authority to review the CCTV footage from around 10:00- 11:00 p.m. You will clearly see how she mishandled the food and treated me with complete disregard. Please check the footage closely.

In addition, she was not wearing a proper hairnet while preparing food. Her hair was open in a ponytail with loose strands in the front, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable in a food establishment.

This is not just poor customer service—it felt like outright racism. The difference in how she treated me compared to other customers was very clear and deeply hurtful. As a paying customer, I deserve to be treated with the same respect as anyone else.

I strongly urge you to investigate this matter and take strict action to ensure such behavior does not continue.

I was starving and hit up Subway for a sub, but the clowns working there turned my hunger into pure rage. These guys are next-level incompetent! I clearly wrote in my order notes to toast the bread at the end, and just to be extra sure, I went up while they were making it and told them face-to-face, “Brother, please grill it before wrapping it up.” But these absolute morons ignored me like I was invisible. Not only did they mess up the order, they had the audacity to argue and gaslight me, claiming they “already toasted it.” Toasted? Bruh, they were calling some half-baked attempt “grilled” like I’m an idiot who can’t tell the difference. The sub was a disaster, and their attitude was even worse. These guys aren’t just bad at their job—they’re straight-up disrespectful and don’t care about customers. Never felt this insulted over a sandwich. Fix your staff, Subway, because this crew is a joke!

All the international students dont change the gloves while making the subway. Just because wearing gloves doesn’t mean can use it to do everything and they don’t change it at all. 👎

Been coming to this location well over 15 years, the last year or 2 the service and quality has gone way down. the veggies are always soggy, your food just gets slaped together, and there always out of salt. This has gone from the best subway in town to the second worst 1 just behind the George Street location

The lady at the store is terribly rude. She was on store at 10:55pm approx. today on 8th of August. I didn't know much about subway, this was my second time on any subway, she dealt with me in an extremely rude manner. It looked like she is extremely angry and when couldn't understand her on first go she raised her voice to an extent where she looked like she is shouting. I got scared and little bit angry. I asked her name and she never told me because she knew that she is not dealing well and I will put a comment about her.
