Needs a facelift, maintenance and @franchisee owner visit your own branches.Tables are dirty/sticky and one of chair is ripped.Something is wrong with the AC (warm).Their's swamp cooler just laying in a corner (High humidity source?).Random floor fan to compensate?Bad for customers, it sucks for the people working there too.

open and clean in the middle of a blizzard, were very polite and fast. that egg and cheese wrap changed my life with how tasty it was, I'm tempted to go back out into the cold and get another.Vegetarian options: since going vegetarian, I've been fairly limited in my protein options. the egg I had here was tastier than any meat ever could be.

The employee here, a boy, took around 20 minutes to place just place the order and was quite impolite, stating, "Wait, I'll call you when I'm done with the online orders." As customers, we expect to be treated with basic respect. While I understand he may be overwhelmed with online orders, it would have been helpful to have an additional staff member. After waiting for a solid 20 minutes, I left the shop. If he couldn't take my order, he could have communicated that from the start.

Something is up with their new Sriracha sauce. Had it twice, got food poisoning both times. Also, they didn't add double meat(crispy chicken), even though I paid for it.

I have been going to this Subway for 2 years now, and last week, I had the most harassing experience. I ordered two subs on the app and went to pick up, only to find out they didn't have enough meat for my subs. They very rudely told me that they wanted to cancel the order from their side and told me to order again, knowing the hassle of payment return, I told them to give me the other available option, but they said it's the most expensive, and they can't do that in a very rude and confrontational manner. The overnight staff forcefully canceled the order and made me order again, and now it's been 2 weeks, and they haven't returned my money. It feels like they robbed me in broad daylight. A very bad experience, and when I call, they keep telling me they'll refund in 3-5 business days, which has not happened yet. Extremely bad customer service.

Employees don't change their gloves or use any utensil to pick the pork or meat. Touch it with their hand gloves and cut the bread too with that same glove. Disappointing.

Staff were polite, a little bit of a wait due to skip the dishes orders being prioritized.This is usually my go-to subway for my lunch break but only giving 3 stars on the food section because they weren't very fresh...Parking: There are not very many parking spaces for this location, which makes lunch hours difficult to find a space! However they do have a drive thru area as well.
