The service is so bad . The guy who took our order didn’t know how to treat with guest as well as when I was ordering he didn’t care about us and he is talking with other coworker and also his behaviour was so rude . This subway experience was horrible for us..

Staff routinely leave you waiting long periods of time in drive thru night time, even when no apparent reason (no other customer in lineup or inside*) . Be prepared to waste 25 minutes of your time :/

We order around 1:15 AM on drive thru a sub with classic Italian herb and cheese bread,But we got regular bread. We asked them to grill our bread then they end up saying we already made it. We asked them to put habanero jack on the sub,but there is no cheese on the bread. No napkins in the bag no receipt I don’t even know they charge us to regular or the classic bread. Very bad experience….

Place an online order at 1:48 said it will be ready for 2:00 went down there at 2:00 and still had to wait 20 minutes to get my order absolutely ridiculous and they end up getting my order wrong. Don't waste your time with this Subway they don't know what the hell they're doing

Worst and poor customer service, no at all want to listen to their customer serve wrong orders and instead of being sorry about it , argued with me for 15 minutes on call! They are laughing with each other and don’t want to listen the customer even the girl answering the call can’t understand and had no reply!
Uber orders are not meant to serve wrong food! Terrible experience, never getting my food from here!

These guys are bad aa hell they do there work so slow then order stores also don’t make the exact item we need. Even i saw they not worry about the delivery drivers who deliver there food to other they just let them wait so long. I have been here many times and every time i saw there is someone who is waiting.

I look at all the reviews and I see the management and or owners don't respond to its customer reviews, especially the endless one star reviews about food and cleanliness. Forget them not addressing awful customer service problems. That in itself says it all. I look at the endless 1 star reviews and no responses of any kind so it's very obvious they don't care so I'll take this action further up the food chain and I strongly recommend
that you do the same if you have such hirrific experiences there as so many have. It's simply unexceptable for a establishment to run itself in such a way.

I do (not) have high expectations in a fast food place at all and I have ate at hundreds of subways all across Canada and USA, even Mexico so I'm familiar with the chain. Today I was appalled at the state of this establishment. The worst I have ever seen. For a $17 sub one expects a few things.... If I could give less than one star on each of these items I would. I've gone here a couple times and wasn't pleased but today was unbelievable. There was so my issues during this visit. I dont expect friendly smiles being minimum wage jobs. The customer service this evening was atrocious, and absolutely disgusting! There were 4 staff, all moving about all very slowly with no care for even mediocre service. There were 4 people ahead of us trying to patiently wait. One staff member even scuffing his feet along as he moved about.... nothing drives me more crazy...purely disrespectful. If the staff really hate their jobs that much then get new jobs and if you own a franchise like this hiring staff like this, you should really be ashamed! When ordered, they mumbled that they had no green pepper and other stuff, the tomatoes were not ripe.. white/yellow. We asked for one fountain pop and they said the machine isn't working but we can get it from the back... what the heck! Ewwww. (Didn't have a sign on the machine to say out of order at the very least). We said we will get two bottles of pop. We took two out of the fridge when someone said we only charged for one so we out one back.

All the staff were very unhappy staff, which is very obvious because 3/4 of the tables had food scraps on them, including chairs and benches and floor. We had to move from one end of the establishment to the other to find a less dirty spot to eat. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. The windows were absolutely fifty! With dirt and kids hand prints all over. This place is not fit to eat at and I can see complaints made to the health board if they don't get with it.

Find a different subway everyone. Quality and management expectations are just not there.

It was very, busy, and air system was down, but staff was courteous an friendly.
Especially one guy, who was a great team member, helping in all areas. Ali was his name, when I asked. Thanks.
