Went there to order a cake everything was perfect the experience was great, I got my cake for my girlfriend’s birthday and was told not to put it in the fridge. Which I DIDNT. The next day after getting the cake the celebrations happened and the cake was dry the icing was bland and didn’t taste good. No one at the party enjoyed it , so most of the cake about 3/4 of it never got touched .So assuming a business that “stands behind their product” would like to make it right with a paying costumer i called them and let them know we were unsatisfied with their product and wanted a refund of 45 dollars because we will had most of the cake untouched , the owner got on the phone totally unwilling to work something out kept trying to repeat that I can’t put the cake in the fridge which I never and that the cakes are mass produced which is why it probably tastes bad…. and said they stand by their product but they are unwilling to fix mistakes. Absolutely no skills on how to deal with a paying costumer who is unhappy with their product just takes your money and could care less of you have an issue afterwords . No refund, gift card, voucher, replacement cake, apology. NOTHING just attitude from the owner. Just a heads up go somewhere else I went to Sobeys after dealing with this and generic sobeys cake tastes 1000x better will never buy a cake from here again . Thank you for “standing by your product” sugar mama’s my girlfriend was really excited for this cake

This place was so lovely! We’re visiting and needed gluten-free cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday so was recommended to Sugar Mamas. The options did not disappoint. We grabbed some chocolate and vanilla cupcakes beautifully decorated. The staff that helped us was very nice and patient while my daughters each picked out their desired cupcake. Would definitely return!
