DON’T EVER COME HERE. You have to wait half an hour to order again for the all-you-can-eat. For the appetizers, you have to wait half an hour, and the limit is only two hours?! I HAVE TO WAIT HALF AN HOUR FOR THEM TO TAKE MY NEXT ORDER?! AND THE FOOD IS NOT EVEN THAT

Service is super slow, waited 30+ min for the food. And the explanation is “we have too many orders for take out”. Food is delicious but I’ll prefer Downtown location 100% which is fast. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is really good.

Very poor & disgusting customer service. I would avoid this place at all cost. Some items never showed up. Food is ok, nothing out of the world. Be prepared to spend 4 hrs for an hour dinner

Appeared to be understaffed relative to customers, we did not get our food in a timely fashion and were unable to order more. Food was quite good, but I feel like they cannot handle all you can eat when a large group comes in.

Sorry I am confused, I bought a set of sushi month ago an d I had a discount 10% for take out, today I made my order but never got the same discount, they have the note about it on their website ( see the photo). When we asked about our discount, waitress told us: go and speak with chef. I think it's not fair. I want some explanation or you can take away truthless words from your website. I am NOT satisfied with any types of lies.

The food was delicious, but the service was not just "lacking",it was disgusting.
No attention, ignoring dirty dishes on the table, ignoring the guest in general.

No information that the bill is paid at the exit of the restaurant.
In this place you can feel like a real Hachi and a 1-hour lunch will last for the whole 2 and a half hours.

Now only delivery, no personal visit to this restaurant.

we have been sitting 1hour and 30 minutes and still no sign of our sushi. I think it's a new formula of All you CAN'T EAT. nobody even offer us to refill our glass of water
