I had a takeout order yesterday. I had never ordered from that location before.The girl who took my order was great. Friendly and informative. The soup was excellent as usual. The chicken spring rolls were very bad. So bad we spit them out. Tasted off. We thought they would make us sick if we ate them. That batch definitely needs to be put in the garbage. That's how bad they were. Great customer service though

Went through drive thru tonight waited over 30 minutes food was so bad potato was rock hard. I asked the girl to make sure after paying for a loaded potato that the toppings were all in the bag as I live 1/2 hour away got home and nothing in the bag to go on the potato. I used to love Swiss Chalet worst meal ever been calling there no one will answer the phone called another location they picked up 3 times and then hung up. Worst meal and service ever.
