Went through drive thru tonight waited over 30 minutes food was so bad potato was rock hard. I asked the girl to make sure after paying for a loaded potato that the toppings were all in the bag as I live 1/2 hour away got home and nothing in the bag to go on the potato. I used to love Swiss Chalet worst meal ever been calling there no one will answer the phone called another location they picked up 3 times and then hung up. Worst meal and service ever.

Food was good. First time having it. Service was fantastic, the person helping us was great. Atmosphere felt a bit dated, and the floor was oddly slippery through the whole restaurant, and I mean the whole place. From the front door and to the bathroom, I wouldn't have to lift my feet if I didn't want to but I could still get there with ease. Very odd

Had the chicken stir fry, sounds healthy right. Well I was really dehydrated after eating it so I looked up the nutritional facts, the sodium content is through the roof. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

Been a regular customer for decades, there is something seriously wrong with temp control . Always too cold there. I should not have to keep my coat on while dining . Room temp there today(7,7,24) was 62*F or about 17C. Unsatisfactory!! I fully understand it's nice for the staff , but the staff don't pay the bills . Last two times dining there fries have changed , too soggy. Will be considering other places where I can dine comfortably.
