My food was cold and very over priced. We asked for the spinach dip to come with the main meals and it was brought out before. I sent it back. When it came back with out meals it was dried up because it was left under the heat lamps. But the rest of the food was icy cold.
Food and service were great but it was freezing there. Staff were unable to fix it. Unfortunate. Will go back but not until Spring.
Didn't receive my reservation through opentable, abysmal service, missed birthday at table.

Best wing BOGO deal in town, lots of TVs to watch sports. Servers are always friendly and the beer is always cold.

I was in search of a hot sauce that a friend enjoys at your spot. She’s a BIG FAN of yall & that the hot sauce.
I called late in the evening & Chantelle was so helpful. I wanted to say THANK YOU, I very much appreciate the time she took to answer all my questions as I search of this hot sauce my friend loves but doesn’t know the name lol.

im sure the food was great but never had a chance to order. Horrible service only got served once in the beginning and that was just our two drinks obviously they must have bad training and management can't blame it all on the poor young employee . Waited almost an hour before she came back and talked to us but by then kitchen was closed and we couldn't order anything. The place has gone down hill avoid it if you can Boston pizza is just as good with twice the better service.

Ordered an appetizer of mexican dip for take out. It’s barely 4 bites and pathetic. Its barely the size of my palm.

Well coming from the prairies I was told this is a great place to eat. Ordered take out and 116 bucks later I was so disappointed and sick after. One burger the shoot out- had literally no flavor the other was meh fries were the only okay part and the piece of cake I got was definitely not worth the hype.... my 6 year old makes better cake from a box.

Went to watch the hockey game. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Wish it has more sauce on the meat and the fries were a bit soggy.

Lately, this Bigs is disappointing on wing night. It's clear they have the wings done and ready before you order and just tossed in sauce once your order goes in- we ordered and they came out in 6-7 minutes. Definitely not made fresh. It's disappointing as they are almost $20 for 8 wings now, and it's so rushed to get people in and out. It's hard to bite into the wings because they are very dried out. I wouldn't recommend this on wing night.
As someone who works in the restaurant industry part time myself, i will always tip (the amount based on service) and I truly sympathize with others who work in the industry but WOW… this was the worst restaurant dining experience that i’ve ever experienced, so much so that it wasn’t worth a cent of a tip. First of all, it took 25 minutes from when we were sat at our table for the waitress to even show up at our table… we ordered right away because we knew if we didn’t, we wouldn’t know when she’d come to our table again. Food came, we asked for water with no ice and she literally never brought it to our table. She never once came by to refill our waters, ask us how we were doing, or anything. We had finished with our food by the time she even glanced at our table again. We asked for the cheque and was JUST THEN told that they would only be accepting cash payments, server said “there was a sign posted on the door”. I admit it was partially our bad for not seeing the sign, but on the way out it was a small A4 sized paper written in fine point sharpie, very easy to miss. When we had confronted the server about not being told about this cash only requirement either by her or the hostess that sat us (in my opinion that is definitely something you shouldn’t miss out on telling your customers??) she ROLLED HER EYES AT US, gave us attitude and just said “I could’ve but i was busy”. Again, working at restaurant myself, I understand being busy, but it is also really easy to turn people away from a table if you’re “too busy” for your customers and too busy to give out important information beforehand. How can you say you’re too busy for your customers as a server? That’s your job no? And the attitude and eye rolling was completely unnecessary. At the end she let us etransfer to her manager to pay, and after we had told her we already e transferred she said “ok” and left the table, leaving us with another 15 minutes with no idea if she was coming back because apparently we were going to be “using her manager as an atm”. It wasn’t until I had to go up to the hostess and ask what was up and if our server was ever coming back to make sure the bill was paid ghat we could finally leave this horrible dining experience. Will not be dining here again, hoping that the mount pearl location has better service because I don’t hate their wings…
