The worst service I have ever experienced. We sat with 4 other couples and they were served before us. We watched several other tables receive their food and nothing to us. We all ordered the same time, and each dish that came out for the other couples had errors… when we asked the waiter how much longer for our food he was adamant that we ordered way after the other couples - even thought we did not, we all ordered the same time. As I am writing this review, 1 hour and 56 minutes after ordering, our food is still not here. We were the first 8 people in the restaurant.. and many after us continue to be served and fed. Our order was never prepared, even after being told several times it would “only be a few more minutes”. We ended up having to leave without any food at all… we will never be back and encourage others to consider the many other establishments around the hotel than spend a single dime here.

I would not recommend this restaurant. Our original server never came over to our table until my partner asked for us to be served, after which we were served by a different server. Our food was also very dry. Also, when my partner asked our server for ketchup at the beginning of our meals, we did not receive it until the end of our meals. I would not recommend this restaurant, due to its poor food and customer service.

Disgusting. Ordered breakfast and it was actually disrespectful what arrived. Shameful. If I could give zero stars I would. They deserve it for what they made me pay for this morning.
Was pleasantly surprised by the experience here. The waitress/bartender, Madison, was very nice and attentive and our food was excellent. We ate the club sandwich, the cannery burger, and the 4 cheese penne. The atmosphere was relaxing and we had an enjoyable time. After a long day of traveling, this was a great way to end the day.

Booked a reservation 3 days in advance, walked in and no one greeted us after waiting for a couple minutes we had to ask someone if we could seat ourselves. We waited about 15 minutes before the only person working finally greeted us and told us that we couldn't order off of the knew and our only option was the hotel buffet breakfast. I understand many places are understaffed but it was extremely unprofessional especially when having reservations available on open table.
Loved the vibes at the Cannery inside the Hilton hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with every request I made and the food was well cooked and prepared thanks again for the warm hospitality!

The server was doing her best but there were too many tables and not enough staff. We went for weekend brunch, we didn't have the buffet and ordered from the menu - the food wasn't hot, the eggs were dry, the sausages were pink throughout, no coffee refills. Disappointed.
Waited for 45 mins. When I asked where are meals were they hadn’t even been put in. The only positive I can say is the meals were free
They seated us quickly and the waiter was friendly. Beyond that, not impressed. They couldn't do pizzas so 2 people had to reorder, the loaded nachos weren't all that loaded, burgers were overcooked and dry, the meals came out staggered (45 minutes after we sat down for the first meal, 1 hour & 40 minutes for the last one). Lots of places in the same price range (BPs, Moxies, Kelsey's, Bernard Stanley's, Brewdock, and the micro breweries) are better. Won't be back.
The cocktails were subpar (mostly alcohol not a lot of flavour). The spinach dip appetizer was a large portion and delicious. The mains were ok, large portions however we didn't finish eating them as we spotted a mouse running across the floor and lost our appetite. Told the waiter who also spotted the mouse. He brought us the full bill, not discounted. We advised based on the mouse and all of us not finishing our food we should get a discount. Had to wait for him to contact a manager who advised him to offer a 45% discount on the food only. Not impressed will not be back and will not be recommending.

Party of 6- the burger and club sandwiches were good as was the chowder. I was disappointed with my mushroom ravioli. It would have been good had it been freshly made. Looked as if it had been warmed In the microwave

Made our order. Had to go to the bar to ask why we hadn't received our meal even though other people who has come up to 20-30 min after us had. Our order wasn't even put in. Only good thing was the meal ended up being free and the food was actually good
Food was over cooked and not made to order we sent it back and was told it would be remade only to have it brought back out on the same place with the same side and the original order with the missing items. Executive chef took care of the bill but overall it was disappointing to have to leave and get food elsewhere
The food was pretty good (shrimp and scallop risotto was fantastic). The server was super friendly but the overall service was very slow, including drink service. 2.5 hours for a dinner with 4 ppl.
