An excellent fish monger in downtown St. John's. The proprietor is.very kind and helpful. Lots of options depending on the season. I ordered a 20lb carry-on box of seafood for my flight back to Toronto.

This is THEE PLACE! We wanted to pack a few things back West with us in July when we visited. Bernard is so friendly, honest, knows when and where the next catch is coming from, as best as he can. He tries his very best to accommodate you. He said the box would last and get us from there to here and still be frozen and he was right. The prices we thought were really decent. Thank you Bernard for answering all my questions. We will be back on our next trip.

My mom bought cod here and flew to Calgary with it in her suitcase. It held up perfectly and tastes as fresh as the day it was caught. Delicious.
i have been dealing with this fantastic place since 2006, im in winnipeg bern always gave me and continues to do so today the freashing tasting sea food out there right down to the tracking number i will be adding a pic on the 3rd of aug my seafood arrival date anything from the ROCK is always solid

This place is a complete rip off. Was visiting NFL last week, went there to bring some seafood back to Toronto. Bought 6 lobster tails, all spoiled. Who knows how long the owner had them in the freezer! Please buy you seafood else where.

This place never disappoints! I was on the (hunt) for swordfish, and could not find it anywhere. I don't usually go downtown, so this is why I didn't go to Fish Depot much before after my first few times. But of course they had swordfish, and a variety of other fish and shrimp to choose from. They have much wider variety in the summer, but even now, I would trek downtown just for their seafood.If you would like to know about their fresh products, check out their Facebook page as this is where they post everything that comes in fresh.
