Delicious food, exceptional service. I wandered in on a whim with my toddler. I had a great cappuccino and scrumptious pumpkin waffle; if I hadn’t been in a hurry I would have stayed for a flaky pastry, too.
The wonderful staff brought us to a room with toys so my child could play while I looked at the menu; provided a high chair at our table; and served his (whole!) milk in a plastic cup with a lid and straw. Thank you for accommodating us so kindly! I’m looking forward to going back, and hopefully having dessert!

Parking: Not tons of parking spots, but enough. Parking lot is a little tight, but very close to the café.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and welcoming with my toddler. Provided a high chair. Had whole milk available; offered a lid and straw (choice of paper or plastic) and plastic cup. Had a welcoming room with toys and seating; we couldn’t have asked for better. ❤️

Excellent service! The Pantry staff were very friendly and food was delicious. I had the chicken panini and roasted red pepper soup. Great location for a lunch with the girls.

Well the most disappointing pannini that I have ever had. It wasn't in on the correct bread.....

Our meal was excellent, and for a great price! Highly recommend the vegan chili especially. You may want to make reservations as it seemed really busy with only a few tables (we got takeout and it travels well!).

This small cafe and gardens, operated by the Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador is truly a gem. Sitting at the base of the Long Pond hiking trails and across from the Children's hospital it is an unusual and pleasant surprise. The salads and greens are as fresh as can be because they have come from the gardens tended by the staff. The fare is fresh each day, with some repeating specials, simple but high quality. Open during the work week it is certainly a go to if you are in St. John's.

While the food was quite tasty and fresh, the portion sizes were way too small for the price point. The summer salad for $7 barely covered the bottom of the larger size container. It could have easily been put into a smaller container seeing it was such a small portion. I love to support local but feel the portion sizes for the price you pay are sub-par. The salad was so paltry and not what I would expect to receive for a $7 salad.

Waited 30 mins to get an overpriced falafel wrap the size of a taco. Zero care to service.
