Our meal was excellent, and for a great price! Highly recommend the vegan chili especially. You may want to make reservations as it seemed really busy with only a few tables (we got takeout and it travels well!).
This small cafe and gardens, operated by the Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador is truly a gem. Sitting at the base of the Long Pond hiking trails and across from the Children's hospital it is an unusual and pleasant surprise. The salads and greens are as fresh as can be because they have come from the gardens tended by the staff. The fare is fresh each day, with some repeating specials, simple but high quality.
