Was the only place with available tables, we should have known why. Terrible service. Had to ask for water 3+ times, it was never brought. Half of our party's food and drink order was forgotten. Then waited roughly 30 mins for the bill after asking for it multiple times. Nachos were $20 and the amount was so small and the preparation so basic. Avoid like the plague. There's a reason they are not busy.

Fish was crisp and had a great texture. Fries were fresh and full of flavour. Tacos could you an added zing but worth the meal and would have them again. Great batter on the fish to give it a little crunch.

Sat on the patio since my dog was with us and substituted the beet salad as my side. Best meal during my entire vacation which included a handful of more exclusive establishments. The salad was phenomenal and the fish excellent. My friend also was very pleased. Our server was attentive and of course brought water for my pup. Glad we stumbled upon this place!

This was a happy accidental discovery but so glad I ended up here. The bar tender Will is amazing and friendly. Highly recommend this spot. Came back a 2nd time for their Italian flatbread pizza which everyone should try!

This bar ued to be a favorite of mine and my mom's to go to every summer. Unfortunately the service there now is horrible. Even a simple drink mishap had turned into an unnecessary exchange. The bartender was snarky and rude over a simple soda not tasting right. It ruined the experience of me going there again. I find if your not with *in* crowd their, they will treat you diferently. *inclusive* and friendly was not the case. Don't bother going there if you want friendly service. Lots of other bars that would go the extra mile for their customers.
I've been to many pubs over the years and honestly this has to be the worst place I've ever visited in St. John's Newfoundland. Extremely rude customer service and had a drink that taste like a rubber boot. These businesses are always complaining about how they need more people to come downtown but when you get service like I got I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog. Honesty is important and this is my review.

The manager was screaming at a friend of my. He was trying to provoke my friend to hit him. The manager then kicked my friend out. The manager created a hostile environment. I was actually intimidated by him.
