Even in Newfoundland, big grocery store fish counters are a gamble!
I called The Fish Shop today, asked if they had fresh scallops, they did, and they set them aside for me.
I picked them up later, best quality I've had in a long time. And a great price. Thank you!
They provide to restaurants. I've used them for top quality fresh salmon fillets for smoking in the past.
Worth your time to stop by for your seafood : )
The staff here are incredible. When I needed to send some frozen seafood to my mom in Halifax on short notice they made it happen!
The seafood shop has been a great place for seafood seafood for a very long time ,I knew the previous owner and the same quality did service has continued with the new owners
