I love Tim’s food and beverage and only one complaint I have. One of my favourite drinks at Tim’s is London Fog. I love how they make it, but lately the vanilla syrup is almost always seems to be missing. I don’t want to be rude and go another around through drive through to mention this (which I did a couple of times) but I sincerely hope you’ll fix it. Thanks.

Don't understand how they have a 3.8 review

Wait like 15 minutes in the drive through for raw chicken / chicken bacon ranch rap.

don't know what language they're speaking. But clearly they're arguing in there.

Tim hortons is definitely not what it used to be. Every time I go to any Tim Hortons at all. There is always an issue. Or a problem with the food..

If you don't want to get food poisoning, you should go elsewhere.
They should get their act together before they get sued.

The coffee is weaker here than other locations. I normally order a dark roast regular. Not sure if they're using too much milk or if it's an issue with the grind.

I was at Tim Hortons on majors path today around 11:55 am, the service was extremely poor, I’m starting to wonder if this place even looks for friendly quality’s when hiring people anymore, I went to the drive-through and I had ordered a frozen mango lemonade, Had my points ready to redeem my free Frozen beverage that I had, When I got to the window they had already had it made the lemonade And when they scanned my points they said it didn’t work, They try a few more times before they came to the conclusion that it wouldn’t work for the Mango lemonade, I was a bit bothered at this point but agreed that I Would take the regular Lemonade even though they had the other one made, They then proceeded to try scanning again And said it won’t work I’m just going to have to buy the mango one, I said no thanks I wanted to use my points, I’ll just go on sorry for the trouble, I started pulling away when they told me to come inside, Then went in and they went to hand me the lemonade which I thought they were going to do because it had already been made, After I said thank you they then proceeded to try to get me to buy the lemonade again, When I said no they took the lemonade back and Just walked away from me without saying anything, What happened to Being kind, The damn lemonade was already made, it wasn’t my fault their system wasn’t working, I left at Tim’s unhappy, went to the one near Stavanger drive, Got my lemonade with my points and there were no issues, I will not be returning to the one on majors path after leaving today very disappointed

Never have I ever received a correct order from this location. The owner/manager doesn’t care because it’s consistently awful. Had to fight with Tim Hortons for 6 weeks about iced coffees made incorrectly (every time) for them to offer me 1 for free. Tonight we ordered two pumpkin spiced iced capps with no whipped cream, both were regular iced capps with whipped cream. It’s honestly outrageous how bad this location is. Despicable.

Simply will not go here unless its late at night and no other option is available. Basically I dont go here anymore as the quality of coffee and food, along with service being just awful. I believe its mainly due to the high turnover in jobs, people constantly being trained etc. There are other Tim's close by, go there instead.

I come here almost every day. Usually through the drive through. I can't even put my wallet down before they're literally throwing my stuff at me and saying "here here , take it" usually have to ask for my coffee to be remaid becuase they don't put the amount of cream I ask for. I also had to argue with the staff just to get a sandwich remade which is ridiculous. They gave the wrong item and tried to tell me what I ordered. Very disrespectful towards me even though I was nothing but nice. I always feel bad asking for remakes. She tried making me pay for what I originally asked for which makes 0 sense to me. Honestly don't order food from here, their produce is always rotten and the food is always cold. Terrible customer service attitudes here.
