Really bad service! Ordered cappuccino, waited 10 minutes because they forgot me. Went inside, asked for my drink and guy went and gave me just ordinary coffee (realized at home). I asked him if that was cappuccino and he confirmed. On this location most of the employees just don't care. They forget that I am paying not them.

A little experience with this store on 11/11/2025, around 4:30 pm We ordered two medium-sized coffees in-store; one of them was the French vanilla, with two creams and added espresso.
This is my going-out coffee, usually, and on a rainy day, I like my coffee to be warm. Upon taking my first sip, I found it was a bit cold, so I politely asked the person serving me to warm it up. She said it wasn't part of their policy to warm things up, although other stores did! And I know it's not in their policy. Out of nowhere, this lady, 'Prapjo' came in and tried to explain the same thing, but she seemed to be in a hurry or tired from working, or I don't know, was very rude in her expression. Then, I asked for a second one, and she became even angrier, trying to explain the same thing for the second time. To stop her, I had to say thank you twice! My request to management is to take care of her overworking and give her some rest so that she can be more pleasant to customers. The person serving me initially was friendly and humble.

I sat there for friggin 5 minutes and got migraine listening to employees yelling at each other out so loudly. I’m An immigrant myself, and I love to speak with my people in my own language, but at workplace, I think we should give respect to all the customers and locals. We should thank them for being respectful and kind. God bless y’all🙏
