I go out of my way to get my coffee at this location. The staff are unequaled!
My husband bought two donuts at this location around 1:30pm today. The worker who handed them to him, and proceeded to shame him for ordering two donuts for himself. He said "Are both these for you? You workout don't you? Why you eating crap like that?"
I am appalled at the service experienced and will never return to this location. You shouldn't be shamed for eating at a food service establishment!

There's never a bad time for a cup of Timmies and a sour cream glazed donut, and this Tim's does it perfectly! Staff are very friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a coffee run!!

We go to this Tim Hortons every single day for the last couple years. They are that good that just by hearing our voice on the speaker they know our very complicated long expensive order and our name and say what we want for US. LOL. 5 side orders of bacon. 2 side orders of egg. 2 hashbrowns. Plain bagel extra extra toasted black with extra extra extra butter and jam on the side. Medium French Vanilla. Medium Double.Double. and m tea 2 milk 2 sweetener. And 5 side orders of sausage for the dog. And this is only when the kids are in school. Lol now that's service! Love all the staff too. They call us by name and some even when not working drive thru make a point to come say hello every day.

Very rude lady on drive through window. Her name was half rubbed out on her name tag but it seems every time I'm at this specific location she is always rude to everyone on the intercom. She was maybe in her 50s, blonde, and wore a covid mask. Maybe burnout? Or just a crooked person in general?! Idk, hopefully it improves, that can lead to a toxic environment for her coworkers.

The best Tim’s in the city the lady always knows my order when I walk in ?Also not once had they ever messed up my order since I been going there for 5 years now
We went for coffee, employee was not feeling good, she had flu and she was coughing and sneezing on coffee. She was without gloves and masks.
The manuals cbs location gives priority to the DT and mobile orders. Often i wait to be served in store. The lady who works the cash in the early morning has such a lack of disrespect i started going elsewhere.

Small store, very friendly service. I don't think there's seating. Seems to be an express type place
Disappointed with some locations as they don't allow refills of reusable cups.
Food is not bad, good snacks
