This morning, with a lineup, the staff behind the counter, unaware of what’s going on the front line and chatting with another customer. I brought it to their attention. One woman who wouldn’t give me her name became so defensive and started yelling back at me. You don’t yell at your customers. I won’t return.

Went for a birthday dinner staff were friendly but couldn't get chili so had to order an extra sandwich was excited to have something hot no chili or soupCalled Tim hortons head office owner responded to Google review but the lady on the phone said the owner will bring this up with the staffThe food I had was good but upset no chiliI definately would like a replacement meal or a gift card for the trouble because my birthday is March 29 and I got a giftcard for my birthday and was using itI did expect more but I guess I should not expect things
