They never read the instructions on the online order. I asked for a Barbie Frozen Quencher with no whipped cream. It even says on my receipt and they still gave it. And then they had the nerve to try to scoop up the cream and give it to me. It happened on multiple occasions with different orders. In this same spot and always the same staff.

Bad experience rude customer service “Very disappointed with my visit. The staff was inattentive and seemed uninterested in helping customers. My order was wrong, and when I pointed it out, they were rude instead of apologetic. Not the kind of service you’d expect from Tim Hortons. Definitely not going back to this location.”
