It took ages to serve even though I was the only one waiting. The crew continued doing everything else without even acknowledging me. Service was poor . I felt the crew was doing me a favor by serving me. Very poor ND mot acceptable.

Also while in line trying to check the menu, it's gone. It's back. Find what I want. No it's gone again.
You need to do something about that. Put the menu on a fixed screen.

Every time after a long line waiting. They have nothing you want. No donuts, no Timbits, no wrap. Personally thinking they never refill any bakery products. Whenever I was there, the bakery shelves were always empty and they had nothing to serve except drinks. Everyone knows that this location has more customers than another store, but they just never or don't want to prepare more food, they just want to get paid and do nothing I guess. This store used to be one of my favorites, but not anymore.

Went to the avalon mall location where at 3:30 they refuses to member any dinner or supper options available from the resturaunt. Completely unsatisfactory they told me I could have a bagel or muffin that was all. As they are no longer serving dinner ir supper options. Not acceptable at 3:30 in the afternoon.

Sent a half an hour in line( no exaggeration 12:00-12:28) that's the lunch rush though cant always be helped. However the woman from I'm guessing corporate(no uniform) stoping the staff to take a selfie was a wild example of a bad idea. I watched two mall employees leave the line because they had used their intire break to wait. Any 16 year old on their first day of work could've seen the poor optics in that situation.
