Sent a half an hour in line( no exaggeration 12:00-12:28) that's the lunch rush though cant always be helped. However the woman from I'm guessing corporate(no uniform) stoping the staff to take a selfie was a wild example of a bad idea. I watched two mall employees leave the line because they had used their intire break to wait. Any 16 year old on their first day of work could've seen the poor optics in that situation.
I work in the mall and I ordered a soup. I asked for a soup, a chicken noodle soup not some chicken and pasta with a touch of broth! I asked the girl with a lot of tattoos in her hand to put some more broth, She looked at me and shook her head to some weird direction close the cup and handed it over to me. Then came the lovely young manager named Jinky who gave me some broth on a separate cup also offered me to replace the soup but the broth on a separate cup was enough for me....

Also while in line trying to check the menu, it's gone. It's back. Find what I want. No it's gone again.
You need to do something about that. Put the menu on a fixed screen.
