Does not indicate in Google Maps that it is not a full location and only serves coffee and pastries. Also says it’s on the second floor and it’s on the 3rd floor.The staff was friendly and quick, no complaints there. Just wish it labelled better to set expectations.

I like the people here. BUT, the management should know you put your best employee on front counter and not a newer employee. The drive thru is a team service. They work together..see things…steady… but in front you have so many different orders and Skip and Door Dash and app orders. I consistently see slower service in the front counter. I don’t know why you would do this because the counter customers are more like to walk out than those in drive thru. I am in here for 30 minutes I see the lines and reluctance of the customers. It is the bottom line..you would make more money with your best employee here

I visited the store today snd it was not clean. The floor was so dirty your shoes were sticking to the floor
was behind a car in drive thru and the wind blew 5 dollars out of person in front of me hand as he drove off clearly didnt care and would catch it in a snow storm when I got to window for my tea the staff accused and insisted that I caught it when I had jumped out to try but I didnt and then refused to five me my change so as I was getting a lil peed off I took 5 dollars of my money out of my pocket and said are you not gonna five me my change over 5 bucks and I let the wind blow MY 5$ away with that I drove away without my CHANGE and the lady staff yelled out as I pulled away F**K you.....and now I still have to wait to get my change back till they look at cameras which will show if I had caught the 5 they were talking about but Still SHOULDNT refrain me from getting back my change

There is a difference in being swift and pushing the food out the window. I have been using the drive thru now for a few months but only recently have I noticed that how much of a hurry they are in. After ordering your food you come around the side of the building and they already have your food hanging out the window, with the machine on a stick hanging out as well. When I get up to the window. There’s one lady with my food asking me to take it, while another lady with the point scanner in one hand and the debit machine in the other. I go to scan the point card to get the deal I activated on the app and it doesn’t apply. She said I ordered the incorrect item. I told them I ordered what was on the deal on the app and she still argued that I didn’t. They are in so much of a hurry taking your order, they are not even hearing what u are ordering. So from already giving me the wrong item, she rudely asks for it back (which is fine) I just want what I ordered. I understand they have line-ups and only so much time before they have to process an order but the lack of customer service and blatant disregard for the customers food is very unprofessional. This has happened a few times now at the ropewalk lane location, evening with ordering lattes, the side of the drinks are always covered in syrup.
