I asked to have my coffee put in a tray, he gave me the coffees and proceeded to push the tray at me. I then moved to order pick up and asked the lady, could you please put my 2 breakfast boxes in a bag. She placed the 2 boxes on the counter, then handed my the bag. I asked her if she could put them in the bag and she replied, no you can do it and walked away!! This place really need to get the old staff back, that was always exceptional customer service.

It’s actually the most fustrating Tim hortins I’ve been to in the city … between the homless ppl screaming and banging on the car to workers not being able to count money it’s not worth the stress and long wait times

Service can be very slow. This location is in a hospital and staff have very limited time for breaks. It’s not unusual to spend 1/3-1/2 of the time in line waiting or waiting on food prep. Maybe a staff only line or more serving staff would be helpful.

Went to get a cup of tea 30 minutes before closing and was told that there is no more tea or coffee as they were closed

Only coffee tea hot chocolate and french vanilla and a bunch of different teas they dont sell any bagels or donuts but i guess where its in a hospital they just want healthy cups or fruit jello and they have hot meals of all different
