Cant even use the debit machine. Why did you close the main restaurant down? What do you have a contract with the atm people to try and make people pay $6 a coffee? Also why is there multiple people behind the counter and the place empty? Whoever is managing these restaurants needs to go back to business school cause it's just plain horrible service.

None of the menu items and yet there all still on the display board but when you ask they say they don’t serve it so then why advertise it and it’s not strange items either it’s the most basic menu items

This tims is the slowest ever!!! I dont know what are they talking about. They keep talking and talking to each other while the line is very very long!!! Estimated wait is 1 hour to get the order!!!

The slowest Tim Hortons ever!!! In a hospital staff and visitors DO NOT have to stay in a line up FOR AN HOUR to get coffee !!!

So they spent months renovating just to come back with the EXACT SAME sluggish service as before, but now with a reduced menu! Shameful. Lipstick on a pig.

This location is a disaster! Half the menu is missing (no hashbrowns, biscuits, wraps, ice caps). Employees were actually screaming at each other back in the kitchen, clearly stressed out. Why does the hospital tolerate this Tim Hortons operating at <50% capacity with rude and unprofessional employees? Find a vendor who is actually interested in running a good business.

They have a ice capp machine but dont have any ice capps or cold drinks.
Poor service not happy at all employees should speak 100% better to the customers ?
