It’s a running joke with everyone I know that this is the worst Tim Hortons in the province. I was coming here every morning for a while, and I don’t even know why. Cause half the time I’d get cold coffee that tasted like puddle water, and the food? Absolutely horrible. The bagels are always stale and cold as if they were toasted hours before, they always have an extreme amount of those black crumbs from not cleaning the toaster. (And yes other Tim’s have this too, but I mean like an absurd amount.) I’ve gotten wraps with black slimy lettuce on them. Ice caps that aren’t even stirred. And I’m sick of it. I have never received a coffee where the sugar and milk have been stirred either: I just wish there could be something done about the quality so we could actually enjoy it being there.

Good experience overall. This place is so busy, and staff are friendly and polite. Food is usual Tim Hortons quality. I love having a tea or frozen fruit quencher.

big shout-out to the staff here. On good days, you walk in, they remember your name, your usual (double-double, of course), and they jig around so fast you’d think they’re training for the Olympics. Those moments make your coffee taste that much better. They’re friendly, kind, and seem like they actually want you to be happy. There’s sincerity there.

I just wanted to pass along a friendly message regarding Tim Hortons Gould’s location. It was so good to see Rick back at the window. It makes my daily morning routine a little more special to see his pleasant smile and friendly demeanor.
So glad to see you back ☺️

Poster board outside clearly states "Classic Breakfast Sandwich" for $3 with beverage. Picture shows, sausage, egg and cheese on English muffin. However, the 2 male workers behind the counter advised me that that was just for "sausage only on English muffin". Workers should educate themselves to what their sale items are. In the interest of not holding up the line, I paid $5 instead of $3.

Ordered 2 bagels, sounds easy right? Guess not. Order was wrong and received two plain bagels when I ordered a 4 cheese and an everything. I thought ok, honest mistake. I went back to get my order corrected, I had to wait 10 mins at the counter before anyone even noticed me in an almost empty store. When I told the lady that my order was wrong, I got a saucy attitude back and she dumped the problem onto some poor teenager. My order did get corrected but not without vitriol. It’s safe to say that I am never coming back to this location, I will spend the gas to go to mount pearl.

Service is always slow at this location. Has never gotten better. Definitely the slowest Tims around. They also aren't very consistent with doing double-doubles, as they often do them wrong. Avoid this tims.
