No matter how many time you visit this or any other store, you can never get the potato wedges. One store, merchant drive had them and they were after been sitting there for an hour and a half. Also, we find that Tim Hortons never have a big selection of donuts anymore. Wait times to get served are getting longer all the time.

There are no words to express the degree of service, consideration, and commitment that this staff provides every single day. They have a level of attention to detail and customer service that I have never seen or experienced before. The manager, Heather in particular, is just remarkable.❤️🥰👏👏

The worst and most disgusting Tim Hortons is right here. We waited an hour in the drive thru to get two coffees,even though it wasn't busy at all and there were only 2 cars in front of us!

They lock the doors way to early. Three times now, I have walked down to get a cup of coffee at 6:30-7:00 at night and they have had the doors locked. Also, over the summer I took a bite out of a wrap that they made and found a big chunk of plastic in it. When I complained to the supervisor, they gave me a refund, took my contact info, and they told me that I would probably get a free meal out of it when the manager called me back. The Manager never had the decency to get back to me regarding the incident. That goes to show how much they care about their guest experience

It was always good when immigrants worked Here. They were fast, Now it’s really slow when they hired locals only. Poor kids always shortstaffed in evenings.

I always go through the drive thru but today I went in to order and sit with a friend. There were too many mobile orders coming in and we waited in line a very long time to just be served. Obviously not near enough staff on. Then after finally being served, it was over 20 minutes before I received my breakfast sandwich!!

Went to this location for the first time today to dine in with a friend . After waiting in line for 10 minutes , I placed my order of a tea and a bowl of soup. It took 15 minutes to get the soup !
It appears to be understaffed to deal with the volume of customers between dine in , drive through , mobile pick up and the various food delivery.
