It was always good when immigrants worked Here. They were fast, Now it’s really slow when they hired locals only. Poor kids always shortstaffed in evenings.

I always go through the drive thru but today I went in to order and sit with a friend. There were too many mobile orders coming in and we waited in line a very long time to just be served. Obviously not near enough staff on. Then after finally being served, it was over 20 minutes before I received my breakfast sandwich!!

Went to this location for the first time today to dine in with a friend . After waiting in line for 10 minutes , I placed my order of a tea and a bowl of soup. It took 15 minutes to get the soup ! It appears to be understaffed to deal with the volume of customers between dine in , drive through , mobile pick up and the various food delivery.

Attention guys dont come to this location. A girl at a front has zero manners and she didn’t know how to talk with customers and as well as drivers she was so rude with skip drivers too. I think she was from Philippines she had shift at front on friday in the evening. I had never ever seen this kind of bad service. Never recommend this location of tim. Tim is always for best customer service. But i think staff at front has doesn’t know alphabet of customer service. Canada dont need these kind of people. So pls be nice to everyone. I hope she gonna read this and get a message how to treat people nicely. Thnks

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a medium Americano with cream. Breakfast sandwich was great, one of my fave things at Tim Hortons. The Americano was so white I was wondering if there was any coffee in it at all. And it was only filled to 3/4 full and luke warm at best. No bueno.

If you order a coffee there guaranteed to mess it up every single time.I'm not racist and God love everyone but I tell you now they're hiring people from up and away and they don't have a clue what they're doing and clearly cannot read or understand the screens when making orders. Every time I go there I have to return to get my order fixed.
