Was at the speaker for a while and no one responded, I didn’t know if there was some kind of issue so I pulled forward. The lady behind the window was very rude and told me I just went through without stopping. I was there for 15 minutes before I pulled through. Highly don’t recommend this tim hortons

I stop in to this Tim Hortons on my way to work at times. It's pretty standard in terms of food quality and service compared with other locations, but there can be many improvements made to lift this establishment higher.
The parking lot is abhorrent. There is garbage everywhere - especially near the main entrance and surrounding the drive-thru as plenty of people just toss their old cups and garbage out the window. I occasionally see employees patrolling the premises to get what they can, but not nearly enough for the garbage that is strewn about. It would be nice to see some more garbage cans around the lot and near the drive-thru speaker.
The drive-thru leaves a lot to be desired as well. I normally go in the store and place my order, because the possibility of getting an incorrect order when driving through is quite real. It has been that busy at times that you have to debate with yourself on whether or not it's worthwhile to even turn around and resolve the issue. Most of the times, it's not.
I like to bring a reusable mug to get my coffee in, but sadly, the majority of the times the coffee is already filled in a disposable cup to speed up service, and then it is poured into the reusable mug. This has happened more often than not when I have tried to get my mug filled, and it just completely defeats the purpose of bringing one. For that reason, I like to stop into nearby competitor locations as it's typically done right - regardless of if there's a rush.
As mentioned, the food and beverages are on par with other Tim Hortons establishments in the city, but there can be significant improvements to the exterior grounds and customer service if I am to stop in more often on my way to work. I do appreciate that they started carrying oat milk as that is my preferred addition of choice to a coffee.
The roasted hazelnut cold brew is one of the best iced coffees I've had and I love that you can get some unique items in-store. Other than that, this location doesn't do much to stand out or go above the normal.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly. The coffee was fresh and tasted perfect, and the food was warm and delicious. The place was clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to sit and enjoy. Overall, I was really happy with the service and quality—definitely looking forward to visiting again!
