Aberdeen Avenue Location - Food is fine, no issues with the workers, but the bathrooms are always disgusting. By the looks of things “cleaning” the bathrooms consists of a once-over with a wet paper towel every week, and maybe some toilet bowl cleaner (if you’re lucky).

‘What ever you want to give me.’ Should be the ‘go-to’ response when asked what you’d like to order at this location. I have to check my order every single time, and it’s wrong over 50% of the time. These folks need to slow down and spend more time paying attention to what they are doing.

ordered through drive thru, starved after work, ordered a bacon everything pizza and waited for it for 10 mins. we open the box and the pizza wasn’t even cut, it was made with red sauce when it was suppose to be white and there was no seeds on top. we we’re already on the highway and had to go back then we went it the store, the one who made it didn’t even apologized and looked mad giving us the brand new pizza, which was again wrong because there was no everything seasoning in it. very displeased.

Not even deserve a single star,, lady working evening time don’t know how to serve the customers and provide fresh quality of food.
If ask for replacement or refund, throwing up an attitude instead of politely saying ….started screaming at the customers.
Not worth to visit there,,, spoil my mood…

I have been there for the first time placed an order of 6 drinks can’t imagine they made all of them wrong and cold, not even fresh.when asked for the replacement girl (wearing the supervisor t shirt) refused and talked in a really rude tone, argued 2 cream will make your drink cold. She was rushing and didn’t want to put efforts to make the order correct because soon they were closing but it was around 7:30-7:50pm; manager should check the camera for reference. She said if you guys didn’t like it give me all the drinks i will give you refund. when she processed she didn’t know how to give a refund from scan and pay. On the top of it she had no name tag, no visor don’t know what’s the management team is doing. I asked her name she refused to tell and said I don’t know. seriously!. The other team members were even not very supportive didn’t say anything.

Worst experience ever..the girl working at front on 28th may at 7:49pm was so rude, unfriendly, order 6 steeped tea but none of those were fresh,looks like just cream in a water…asked for replacement politely and that girl said”why you guys doing like that to me”….like seriously..we cannot ask for replacement???
What about the policy of replacement????
That girl did not even wear the name tag and asked her name then she replied in a very rude way that I don’t know what’s my name…we are spending money to get good and fresh food not to get insulted from staff..
Will recommend to not to go over there..

Did not enjoy the way we were served through the drive through. Wrong order, wrong coffee. I normally like Tim's, but when you have to keep asking the people to pay attention to what your ordering, it is a major letdown....

Tim's... I expected better.
Maybe next time I will dine in just to give them a chance to redeem themselves.

I ordered spinach and egg omelette today early morning around 8:30 am. When I opened the ordered and start eating I felt something off. I quickly got back the counter to ask if she provided me the right item. I got extremely shocked to know that she gave me the bacon omelette. I felt utterly disgusted at sheer negligence of the server disregarding my religious sensitivity. Even though she said sorry and changed my order, I don't feel like it was an honest mistake.
